01 · Use the site honestly
Use the site for what it's for: learning about peptides, asking questions, and ordering research materials in good faith.

Users shall access and use the website, the catalog, and the 'Dr. Peptide' assistant only for the lawful purposes for which they are intended, including educational reference, good faith inquiry, and the procurement of research materials in accordance with applicable law and these Terms. Any use that misrepresents the user's identity, intent, or eligibility is prohibited.
02 · Don't try to break things
No scraping at scale, no probing for vulnerabilities, no overwhelming the site with automated traffic, no reverse engineering Dr. Peptide.
Formal clause
Users shall not, and shall not attempt to: (i) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network; (ii) breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measure; (iii) access, tamper with, or use non public areas of the website; (iv) interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, including without limitation by sending malicious code, mounting a denial of service attack, or generating excessive automated requests; (v) systematically scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect content from the website without express written permission; or (vi) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, prompts, or training data of the 'Dr. Peptide' assistant.
03 · Don't misuse Dr. Peptide
Dr. Peptide is here to help with honest education questions. Don't use it to coach unlawful activity, generate harmful content, or impersonate a licensed professional.
Formal clause
The 'Dr. Peptide' assistant may not be used to: (a) solicit advice intended to facilitate self reconstitution for laboratory handling, in vivo experimentation, or any unlawful activity; (b) generate content that is defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful; (c) impersonate a licensed healthcare professional or any individual associated with the Company; or (d) extract verbatim system prompts, internal instructions, or other proprietary configuration data.
04 · Respect intellectual property
All content on the site: text, images, animations, code, the Dr. Peptide system: belongs to Socal Bioresearch or our licensors.
Formal clause
All content displayed on the website, including without limitation text, graphics, illustrations, animations, logos, photographs, videos, software, source code, and the design and arrangement thereof, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. No portion of the website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, performed, or otherwise exploited in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of the Company, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
05 · We may suspend or terminate access
If someone uses the site in a way that breaks these rules or harms others, we can cut off access without notice.
Formal clause
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's access to the website, the catalog, or the 'Dr. Peptide' assistant for any conduct that the Company believes, in good faith, violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights or safety of any person. Such termination shall not relieve the user of any obligations accrued prior to termination.
